Introduction Welcome to the executive digital infrastructure of Fluency Bridge Global. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Prohibited Activities and Intellectual Property Users are strictly prohibited from using this platform to advertise or offer to sell third-party goods and services. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, scraping, or reverse-engineering of our proprietary intellectual property – including but not limited to our Tier 01 Diagnostic Audits, 12-Week Transformation Roadmaps, ‘Iron Velvet’ communication frameworks, and any materials provided within our secure Client Portals – for commercial use, third-party training, or integration into external Artificial Intelligence models is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Fluency Bridge Global.
User Content and Accounts Fluency Bridge Global operates a closed executive ecosystem. We do not permit the creation of public user accounts, nor do we host unmoderated, user-generated reviews or public comments upon our digital infrastructure.
Operational Boundaries and Intellectual Property Revocation The 50-Minute Executive Hour: All Fluency Bridge Global consultations are strictly capped at fifty (50) minutes to maximise cognitive intensity. The remaining ten (10) minutes of the booked hour are legally protected for the Lead Strategist to execute mandatory Context Bridge data processing. Any client demanding a full sixty (60) minutes of live consultation must purchase a double-block engagement. Rapid Wipe Revocation Protocol: Upon the termination or conclusion of the active Retainer Shield, client access to all Fluency Bridge Global digital infrastructure, including the encrypted IP Vault and proprietary FBG Gems, shall be terminated immediately via a sixty (60) minute revocation window. The client shall receive a final Legacy Export of their past Communication Risk Reports and related strategic assets. All proprietary Artificial Intelligence prompts and operational frameworks remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Fluency Bridge Global.
Limitation of Liability Liability for any claims against Fluency Bridge Global is strictly limited to the exact financial amount paid by the user for the specific service in question. Furthermore, the time limit for any client to initiate a liability claim against the consultancy is strictly capped at three (3) months following the conclusion of the engagement.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes between Fluency Bridge Global and a client shall first be subject to a mandatory thirty (30) day period of informal negotiations. Should negotiations fail to produce a resolution, the dispute shall be resolved through binding, confidential arbitration. Arbitration shall take place in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, conducted in the English language, and presided over by one (1) single arbitrator.
Promotional Communications By engaging with our services, you consent to receive SMS text messages and direct communications regarding your appointments, operational updates, and strategic offers from the Fluency Bridge Global messaging programme. You may opt out of these communications at any time by replying with the word ‘STOP’.
